The Northwestern Landfill in Wood County can accept any items other than paint or hazardous waste at a cost of $44 per ton.  Hours are 7AM-4PM Monday through Friday and 6AM-Noon Saturday; Closed Sunday.

Free Day At The Landfill

The first Saturday of every month is free to West Virginia residents only for up to 516 lbs of material at no cost.  Not included are Televisions, freon containing appliances, computers and tires.
